Build a lively seaside town with a strong Victorian / Art-Deco vibe: docks and harbour areas, factories and fishing industry, plus tourist-friendly city corners. This pack is designed for fast environment production with modular buildings and a huge library of props, so you can assemble streets, waterfronts, industrial zones and dense town blocks in many variations.
